I had a really ugly theme in my firmware, and I would love to had a MAC Style theme (Like carousel of MPXplayer), mmm like this one:

I know that waht I'm asking for it's a pretty annoying job, but I've tried to do it with no succes... I got pretty confused about modifing my firmware because has some stuff that I haven't found in another themes... And I don't know how to work it out =( =( =( Please, help me get a nice theme instead of the ugly default theme... Thanks to all!!! :cry: :cry: :cry:

Uh lol I don't know what your missing but the theme you show will work with your firmware. I have that exact same firmware, and have tried tons of themes and thats the only one that works, although there was one ipod look alike theme that did. Here's a link to that theme, http://www.mympxplayer.com/dload.php...le&file_id=197 I'm sure you've looked it though. Everything thats on it matches up exactly with my firmware

some things are different on my firmware so I can't use that exact theme... My firmware is a little bitdifferent in the graphics part...

damn I had bad english xD...

Anyway, I've tried to use that theme, but I couldnt use it because some things doesn't match my theme...

It all depends on how the images are organised in the firmware of your player.

Open your firmware file using s1res and have a look at all the items in there. You'll start to see familar images which make up menus, startup and shutdown sequences etc.....

It's a matter of trial and error.

You might need to make some alterations to it to fit your player. The reason is that some firmware 'cut' the images up into 3-4 different pieces to make a whole image. Others just use one image instead.

Do you know (or anybody) if theres a 3.5.37 firmware version for my player???
