Default replacement software

:?: Hi guys and girls, I am very new to the forum so forgive my questions and probably ignorance!
I have recently purchased a 1Gb mp4 player from ebay- wilson electronic I think. Looks like the ipod nano. I have read a few articles on changing the menus which are crap on this player and really lets it down to an Ipod like system. I have mabnaged to do a firmware backup and download the theme(i think) so i have the menus but how do u get it flashed onto the unit to replace the ghastly existing menu? I am willing to send it to someone and maybe pay a small fee or donate to the forum??
Anyone who could help would be appreciated on this matter.
