I puts to you has provision the 2 PaintShopPro files which my been used for to create it.
You can easily modify, all the pictures are "calque".

[ Je vous met a disposition les 2 fichiers PaintShopPro qui mon servi pour le creer.
Vous pouvez facilement modifier, toutes les images sont des calques. ]

not, it is not finished, I will test of modiffier under menu.
but good, I distribute without problem my work.

I am to inspire by Windows Media Player 11.
