Davi , was the firmware dump that you used to flash into your player, your original firmware or from someone's firmware dump in the forum?

There was a thread on this voip issue sometime back, the thread is Here. You might want to have a read on this first.

im using my backup-up firmware for modding,my firmware version is 3.5.37...and just a while ago i also change/modded my friends mp4 player and also got same result(VOIP is locked!),and i also used his backup firmware(version 3.5.35)...but execept for that error, the player is functioning very well..

Davi, There have been a few posts about this problem and I have not heard of any way to fix it.
The last time we tried to fix the problem for someone they ended up killing their player. Fortunatly we were able to recover it but had to live with the problem.
I have a feeling that VOIP enabled players need a full firmware to set them up correctly as their are certain files not included in a dump, but this is just a theory.

Davi , i don't know how to remove the voip error message. As mentioned in the previous post of the thread that i've mentioned, there wasn't a solution to this problem either.

The only thing i can think of is that the firmware was made for voip-enabled hardware/players. And the manufacturers somehow disabled the voip function, but not removing it from the firmware.
When you reloaded the firmware, the voip disable was removed and thus the error keeps occurring.

ok...at least all the function are ok and i'm happy that i've personalized my mp4 player with the help from this forum..thanks for all the replies.....more power!!!

Hmmm, there is a workaround for this problem, there's a tool and .doc file on drivers CD that came with ur mp4 player. I got that error every time a flashed my player with new fimware, ofc the tools for unlockin it is on CD, I did it many times and it works fine. If any1 needs it I can upload it somewhere along with original firmware for my MS Industrial MP404.
