Default my mp4 player is in foreign language

My mp4 player is in some forign language. i really need help. how can i get it back to english. please i beg you.

var0003, If you go to the settings menu on your player the languages settings are 3rd from the top, then English is 2nd or 3rd from the top depending on your firmware.
