How to Identify the Firmware

I have a new Mp4 player that i bought and i want to identify the type of firmware it was using. Is there any software i could use or a firmware available so that i could change the firmware of my mp4? Thanks :?:

darkmatter_1602, You can find your firmware details in the Settings menu of your player under Firmware Version.
Loading another firmware is not a good idea, even if they are the same version number they will most likely be completely different to your players firmware. It is also the fastest way to kill your player.
Depending on what version your player is using you may be able to theme it though.
