Default Nano battery replacement

I would like to replace the battery in my player and have read this post:
http://www.mympxplayer.org/new-batte...ne-vt2313.html

Does anybody know if i can fit the ipod nano battery in my player as this person has done? it is a 1.5" nano clone.

I have pm'ed the person who posted the above post without reply.

I would also like to know if there are any over charging issues with using the ipod nano battery.

Thanks in advance.

yngwie0001 , you will need to open the player and measure the maximum allowed space for the battery.
Some sellers on ebay lists the replacment battery dimensions too, so you can check with it.
However, some players will fit a nano battery, while others won't. But i've found that the ipod shuffle battery would be able to fit.

There was a thread a few weeks back that a replacement battery apparently "balloned" due to some charging issues. But as long as you do not overcharge it, i guess it would be relatively safe.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
