nah man. couple of more exams left. will finish on 28 March. will leave for South India on 29th March to get blessings from relatives. Then will leave for Hong Kong on 4th April. Spend a few days there and leave for New Zealand on 8th April. My dad has promised to buy a computer as soon as we reach there, so i will be back fully in mid-April

I have an ibit plsma wich is ipod nano-like mp4, using the 9.0.43 with a 1.8" screen, I created a new theme and installed it into the bios and then uploaded it, but when i turned on mi mp4 nothing had changed everything was the same. Anyone knows why this happened?

9.0.43 firmware version is not themeable. are you sure that you themed it?

My firmware is 9.0.50 and I am using 1.5 inch screen. Could you add iPod theme in my firmware?

Firmware versions 9.0.48 and 9.0.50 are not themeable at the moment. Mainly because they cannot be extracted using the s1fwx tool. If you have made a backup using the tool, it will not be themeable as the file created will not be complete. So the file you have there is essentially useless.

hello...deepakr long time no see.. did u remember ur last post wit me...i asked u to make sig for me...done ??

i am in the Hong Kong airport right now. will leave for Auckland within a couple of hours. its an 11hr flight. then i will have to wait at the Auckland airport for 3hrs and then i will leave for Wellington.

Once i am in Wellington, i will stay at my dad's friends house for 3-4 days. then we will find a house and move in. settle down, arrange all the things, buy necessary items and a computer as well. get an internet account. all this will be done within a week's time.

so i will be back full time to this forum sometime next week if everything goes as planned. when i return i will mod the following member's firmwares and post them:

I suppose is not extractable with s1fwx tool. Does anyone of you know where will be available a new version? Is there anyother way to theme my pod?

alex_eu , as you mentioned, it is not extractable at the moment yet. We are not sure when the new firmware extractor would be ready, but if it is, you'll find it on this forum. There is no other safe way to theme your player without an extracted firmware. So just hang on to your player and enjoy as it is currently.

Does anyone here still do firmware themes? if yes than can you mod my 9.0.50 2" theme ? don't worry I got the firmware file and tested it on my player the bitmaps can be changed with s1res I just really don't have time to find out every little bitmap to make it look nice. Reply and tell me if you can and I will post my firmware. btw I got a uxcell glacier MP4...

To theme a Rockchip player you need to have be sure you the correct firmware, this is a problem at the moment because there are no tools to extract and backup your working firmware.
Most likely that you will have a dead screen if you try to flash a Rockchip player with another firmware, it's not worth risking it without a backup.
If you have already flashed your player with a another firmware and it works you were very lucky and then you can theme it.

hey, could u tell mi (if there is a way) how to downgrade to 9.0.43 so u can put the themes on my mp4 player. My current fw version is 4.0.48

sigh.....deepakrr has promised to mod for us, but he has been MIA for half a year....
