i downloaded that firmware and tried modding it in s1res.
your firmware is either not actions or is over 9.0.43
or, your firmware has not been repaired.

What is it exactly that you are asking?

I've never heard of 9.0.60. Theres 9.0.50 unles 60 is new. Do you want it themed? Is there a problem with your player?
You cannot completely extract, repair or theme firmware versions 9.0.48, 9.0.50 or this 9.0.60.
