MP4 firmware 9.0.50
 

Hi, it's my first post. this forum is awesome.
I've a mp4 player with 9.0.50 firmware (nexxtech T9), so i cant extract it with any soft, but in the driver cd of the player i found a firmware file (.fw), and i openned it with s1res_v19 and its the same i have in mi player, the images are the same...
its my first player so i dont know if i can modify the theme of the player with this file...so i post it

D3L05 , it is a 50-50 chance that it would work with your player. Usually these CDs are mass-produced by the manufacturer and they would just produce many CDs with the same firmware, but for different players.

It is entirely upto you to decide if you should want to take a risk to theme it and flash it into your player.

Hi D3L05, did you try this? I just got a new player and i've also found the firmware on the supplied disk but am too affraid of trying it and killing my player!

Please post back with any updates and let us know if you have tried it and its worked okay or not.
