really i don´t know what´s happening here with my mp3/4 because i have some problems with the connection of the mp3/4 to my computer... i have an xp version home edition and i don´t know why.. when i try to plug the usb cable of the mp3/4 to download the music files from my computer... the computer doesn´t read the usb port...
what can i do?

lamedcodesh , try the following:
Use another USB cable.
Connect to another USB port on your computer.
Avoid using a USB hub.
Try connecting to another computer.
See if this helps.
