Some more RockChip goodies :)
I've also found a tool called ReadAsBmp which seems to offer similar features as RKLogoEdit, but it's in English by default 
Please be aware that the .NET 2.0 FrameWork is required! The file RM100_ROMIMG.TXT contains the offsets for the images (similar to the .lst files for RKLogoEdit)
English .lst files for RKLogoEdit Teclast C260 firmware (1.09.0007 and 1.09.0009) can be found here.
