need help with firmware updates and software

Hi I have just got this mp3 player and I checked it's firmware version
It shows
Mp3 Player
nd5k
CM60026
ACT_V3.5.37
2006/12/05

Are there any firmware updates for this player
if so please help me with the information
also let me know if there are any software updates for this player (eg.. mp3 player disk tool ...etc)

youcantseeme09 , it is never recommended to do any firmware updates as you would not get any additional functions and you are 99% most likely to brick your player instead.
