Don't know how to put themes on my player

hello .

i was wondering if ANYBODY could help me out .. i just recently bought an mp4 its pink just like the ipod nano . now i wanted to put different themes on it , but i dont know how ! and i aslo dont know how or what firmware to download for this , if anybody could help me out that would be GREAT .

For a start get the firmware version from it, it should be inside setup or something.
