my onda vx858 is locked

I tried above method for reset of my mp4 player but i could not.my mp4 player is ONDA VX858LE
and i want to know how reset the hard type?
do you help me hard type reset method?do you have any picture from rockchipe for pins?

On the Mp4nation Forum another vx858 owner successfully recovered his player with a hard reset here's what he did:-

"The hardest part of the recovery is to open the back of the player!
Tools you need to put your player in “Programmable Mode”:
1. Small Tweezers
After you open your player:
1. Carefully remove the battery to the side
2. With player turned off connect your player to computer.
3. Turn the player face down with the memory reader towards you!
4. With tweezers open, move tweezers touching the contacts of the Rock Chip from left to right on the side closest to you!
5. Stop as soon as you hear or see player connect to the computer
6. Reprogram you player using “Consumer Update” program.
You will need to reformat your internal memory before you can start using it!"

Please make sure you only try to flash the CORRECT firmware.
VX858 and VX858LE are 2 different players and their firmwares are NOT the same!
The VX858 uses a separate audio chip, VX858LE doesn't. :shock:

when i connected my Onda to computer,i hear notification sound for connect but “Consumer Update” program can't detect the device and can't upgrade it.
after your recommendation for hard reset, i did it but Not happened.
Now same as before and i connected my device to computer and “Consumer Update” program can't detected it .
now i want to send my ONDA behind picture but i can not attached in this site please you send me your email address till i send you the picture.if possible advice me, what i do it?

I'm new here. I have the Onda VX858 mp3 player and i'm having a hard time converting my video file. I don't understand chinese. Is there software in english? or a manual in english. I've tried to convert files with other programs and it does not work in gives me an error sign. It's very frustrating. Getting tired of the Jessica Simpson video. :roll:

Finally i fix the problem with my MP4 player
it is Lasonic vp-04-NT the same like onda vx858 ,i had the same problem with the touch screen but now it works GREAT thanking to You

So anybody also has not decided as to enter a clone ONDA VX585 into a mode of loading after loading of an erroneous software?
