Hi boy I'am modifing the rfw of Onda VX858LE whit new menu and other ,up to now I have modify the menu ,but my means is in another place,(I LIKE THE GUN AIRSOFT)
do you like the menu? Difference

Hi,

I like the icons, do you have an idea of a style for the other screens?, I am updating the .lst file for the vx858le, and will release when i get past the EQ screen.

Hi all,

I know my comments may be a little blaise, based upon the Aqua Theme I did,
but i feel we should create our own identitly, and not base our themes upon new and more advanced technology, lets face it , the rockchip cannot do what the itouch can do, and by the very fact of copying the theme, users think we copy the functions,
Unless we have the firmware, and the SDK, we are at the hands of the manufacturer (which I have contacted) .

This is not to say that themeing your firmware is wrong, it is just to say that I hate to be limited, and that is what keeps me writing the software, and working around the limitations, this mail is sent at 1:30 and I am still coding.


Please forgive me, fortissimo91, your work is impressive, but screengrabs from the IPhone are not going to help our cause, we need to behave more like winamp skins, as opposed to following on from the Onda Theme (ITouch).

I hope I have started a debate as opposed to a flame war!


Hopefully Rockchip and Actions Firmware extraction comming soon!

hi dancemammal , i know that our mp4 can't the fuction of the IPHONE ,but i think that ,the icons are pretty ,NO?
I hope that you help me ,

can you make a theme only we listen the music , you send me thefile in bmp ,OK?

dancemammal has already included the music skin in the latest version of the firmware editor, just download it and look in the skins folder and you will find all the .bmps. :)

Have a play with the firmware editor, this tool has made it easy now for anyone to make their own theme. :)

Hi,

Fortissimo91, I really do like what you have done so far, I just thought you may have used a picture of the Onda, and not the IPhone.

I think Knob ment the BMPs for the music screen are included in the Metal skin, you can use them for the size and position etc.
