changing the theme

hello. i bought my younger sister an mp3/mp4 player and she wants to change the theme on it. Though we have looked through the forums here, and have found nothing to really help us. but then again we are not very technical people, so yeah. is there someone that can take us through a step by step process to do it?

Can you provide us with more information about your player and what type it is? Some chipsets and firmware versions can not be modified at present as there are no tools for it.

If you tell us the firmware version, that should do it. You can find that by going into the "System" part on your player's menu and choose "Firmware". It might be labelled differently in your player, but look for something on the lines of that.
