I have a 2.8 touchscreen I want to mod

Does anyone know exactly what the pin layout is on that screen?? I want to put it in a different mp3/mp4 player, but Im not sure how to do it. I know I'll be losing the "touch" part of the screen since I'm sure it has to be a vaild feature on the mp3/mp4 player. I would like to put this screen in my Sandisk Sansa® e260 MP3 Player 4GB. since the screen broke (lcd cracked and it was bleeding)

Is the Sansa screen touch too? If not, then the software doesn't support the touch feature.
