Rockchip 2608A
After a wrong insertion closed contacts of chips as it is described in the instruction to restoration. Has found a correct insertion. BUT does not join the button "power". ONLY when it is connected to USB to port through pressing reset. On the screen there were strips. Who can knows as it to correct? Please help.
