Another ay of Improving sound Quality w/o Freezing?
 

so.. anything besides freezing?

hardware tweaks maybe?

replacing the whole speaker?

does anybody know its specs? the loudspeaker i mean.. i'm looking for replacements..

theillusionist, it may sound crazy but it works, i just tried it out on my player and the change was great, i just put it inside a plastic bag, made sure it wouldn't get water into it and into the freezer

oh fine..

you mean you haven't tried taping a piece of grass to the back yet? :P
