Problem with s1res v4 & v 9.*.*.*

I have a problem with my mp3 and s1res. This is my Mp3

ic version = 0x0000
storage info = 0x0606, 0x0000, 0x0000, 0x0000
device = 'S1 MP3 Player'
manufacturer = 'Wilson Co. Ltd.'
bootflash type = 'F285'
brom version = 3.0.80
firmware version = 9.1.52

I using s1res v4 to make new Skin, first i start with Start Skin, i change 1 Pic for testing -> upload it to my Mp3 and it work. Now i want change all other Pics, and here is the problem, sometimes i can upload new pics, sometimes it dont work. Some one could help me?

Sorry now i explain with more Details

I open s1res import the FW from my mp3 player, than i click on the Start image 1 it open in Photoshop than i edit it and save it. Now i see the new Picture in s1res, i do export the new FW to my mp3. If my Mp3 is restarted, sometimes the Pictures are changed sometimes is nothing changed.

Save your modified firmware to a file and use official MP3 Player Utility to upload it to the player.

What kind of utility???? describe it, i have the same problem some times can upload many times can not.
