which can be quite confusing:
if you'll make the move En Passant
En passant - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
and take the enemy's pawn, it will not disappear;
but it will lose the ability to move and eat your chessmans,
and other chessmans can go through it,
only the image of pawn will remain, like the ghost,
until another chessman will move to it's square to replace the ghost.
Why? Because of the algorithm:
the image of enemy's (and your) chessman which was taken
didn't disappeared, but was replaced with image of chessman who took.
But in the En Passant move one pawn will not replace the image of another,
because after the move it will stay on another square.
How it could be fixed?
Just make the image of the taken chessman
to disappear Not to be replaced.

And, also, have you any luck with MoveSound?

P.S. Hope you still support the Chess game.
Because, with those two small but important changes,
it'll become just perfect!

Thanks for the report. The bug will be fixed in the next version.About sound: I am not sure. Does sound work on your player in the timer application?

WIZARD 4th Oct 2009 2:39 am

No, I haven't sound working in Timer.
You could use flasher instruction to make the sound working
not only for RK2608's with new firmware.
(I have RK2608, but haven't firmware backup, and update is dangerous )
After you'll release the new version, I'll test it and tell you the results.

The timer bell worked good on my Rk2608 player, but it would be good if it could work on both type Rk26xx players.

Thanks sig for sharing this. I have updated your original post with the new version 3.0 of the Chess game now.

Chess

The sound is working, and Ghost bug is removed!
However, there's a bug with the board if you'll play for the Black side :(

Look how it should be and compare with Chess game:
1) Should be:

2) Chess.rkp:
http://img180.imageshack.us/img180/562/boardp.jpg

P.S. Now you can easily fix the Timer's sound

Here's the photo of my player:

Soundbreeze Mp-401 - MyMPx

A very cool checkmate, and without killing any chessmans!

(It was Easy level; also my time was ~5 minutes,
but it took a lot of time to shoot the good photo)
