Games/Mods for RK2706B
 

I am a newbee and received a Prolynkz zynkz pzxt-438g (8gb 4.3 touch screen) for Christmas. Works great for movies, etc. but the "manual" says I should have a game but under "other fun" there is only a calender and a stopwatch. It looks like this forum's games only work for RK26xx chips. Prolynkz "support" didn't answer the email I sent. I don't know much about computers but my granddaughter received a ipod touch and I don't want to be put down when she comes to visit on Thursday - can I get any games or mod this player?

I also didn't get the charger described in the manual so I'm stuck with using the computer. Can I use my Motorola cell phone charger (5 v 550 ma) safely? It has the right connector and most of the chargers you can buy say 5 v and up to 1000+ ma. I think my player uses 5 v and small ma.

Im not entirely sure on the games/mods aspect but I do know very well you should not use your Motorola charger,
The voltage is right but the Ma is incorrect causing an unstable charge when charging,the MP4 player can catch on fire because it super heats the battery.
And also do not get this charger shown below:

It's not built right and have had 3 of them which have all burned out,along with my last Rockchip Touch MP4 that caught on fire because of it.
I would recommend getting a $10 charger from RadioShack because as you charge these on a PC the screen on the MP4 stays on.

BTW one of the reasons you MP4 doesn't really have any games or anything is because it's newer.
