Default better localization

Hi. I want to get good support of cyrillic in my s1mp3 player ( atj2090 ).

I want good localization in file manager ( file with nonenglish letters ), in id3 tags and in e-book.
I created three txt files. One with cyrillic name, one with cyrillic text in CP1251 ( windows 8-bit charset ) and one with cyrillic text in UTF-8. Also I put two songs with cyrillic names in id3 tag. One in CP1251 charset, another in UTF8.

English system language:
E-book reads txt in ISO-8859-1, one symbols in utf8 ebook reads as two symbol in ISO-8859-1.
I can't understand charset in filemanager. There are no unprintable symbols. Names transforms into something similar to "B5:AB>2K9.txt". Lengths of filenames are matches.
ID3 Tags are similar to filenames.

Chinese system language:
Text in files with CP1251 and utf8 text ebook reads as chinese letters. Besides, one utf symbol correspond one chinese symbols ( maybe chinese charset is twobytes ). But wtf? Its wonderful. Filemanager understand cyrillic in filenames? But, fonts of cyrillic is ugly. ID3 Tags similar to text in files.

And, Russian language:
Text in file with CP1251 reads normal. font is not good. One utf8 letters reads as two letter in cp1251 in text in file with utf8 charset.
Filemanager doesn't read filenames properly. Similar to English language.
ID3Tags in cp1251 reads normal. Font is ugly. In utf8 is similar to text in file. In the menus font is ugly.

Is this possible to make this thing better?
