Hi princessanne1026, do you have any tips for getting player to play vids. Used the converter disc and doesnt work and have used number of converters but when I go into the mem and press play it just doesn't work. Help!!!!!!

Make sure you select the correct resolution when converting for your player's screen. for a 2" screen you need to select 220x176 in aviconverter..

knob basically said it all. Try using AVI Converter 2 or 3 and setting the screen resolution to 220x176. Wow, I completely forgot about this thread! Thanks for bringing it back, mrtfool

Doesn't resume at last stopped place like on most actions chipset players.

I had same problem, but i noticed way to "fix" it:
pause song, hold Menu (m) botton to get main menu, shutdown your mp4 player, and next time when you trun it on, it should play same song where you left it, it workd on my diel-kreole and nordic(k) :roll:
