I am by no way saying that Mp4nation is a scam website they have been around since 2006 and from what I can tell they put out a great product.But in my case they did not follow through, I have been waiting over a month for my Mp4 player
I asked for a refund and it was not honored in time so I issued a Paypal dispute which I heard can freeze a business account but I followed the rules and emailed them and posted on the forum which they deleted at least 4 of my post . But here is a few tips for new buys


1. Never use western union or bank transfers to buy your mp4 player
2. If the site has forum go in there and read some of the post from the members.
3.If you use PayPal , use the credit card instead of the bank account,by using the card you can always issue a chargeback.
4.If you use paypal you only have 45 days after payment has been received to dispute the charge.
5.Google the website
6.Check review sites like resellerratings.com.
7.Come to this site and ask if anyone has bought from this seller .
8.Different countries have different shipping times and it could take months in some cases,know what your shipping times are before you order.
9.In some case you may have to pay taxes once it shows
up at the post office, this is by no fault of the seller.
10. Check their return and refund policy .

razzer001 is a member on this board (has been for awhile now) and he's from MP4Nation.

As you probably saw on the site, they are also sponsoring a prize for our current competition as well.

I do have a contact at MP4Nation so will email him to find out what's going on.

Do you have an order number etc...?
So did you get any email replies from them at all about your product? Perhaps it's out of stock?

The issue has been resolved , he issued me a refund to my Paypal account. I am not trying to disparage MP4nation. I will simply move on to another website. Look out MP4Global your next.

By the way they players I have are
1.Ramos t8 8GB
2.VX525 2GB
3.4GB with built in usb cord (tinydeals)
4.8GB conversion free player(tinydeals)

Will you have time to do a review of the players? Would be nice to see how they all compare. Would be a waste considering you've spent so much time on it so far :).

i order frequently from them. however, if you are in a hurry. FORGET ABOUT IT!

expect up to 8 weeks to get yer stuff. 4 weeks is normal for me.

9 days is normal for me, there are good and bad experiences of any store

and while i do not like mp4global, be warned, their forum is all but dead now and what few users are there are complaining about no contact

i would say avoid mp4global bigtime

as for mp4nation, well i always get my goods in extremely fast times as do many other, some though, like ALL sites that deal with chinese mp4 companies will have delays, i have seen similar situations on all the mp4 selling sites, not just the nation, i think they are at the mercy of disorganized manufacturers but communication are what is needd

To all that have followed my adventures in ordering from different sites, I can only give you my experiances on which sites I have actually purchased from . I will order from mp4global and write my experiances here. I by no means if you read above am trying to disparage MP4nation I have said it once and I will say it again . If they could control there shipping and if they would learn to communicate better they would be unstoppable .

On a side a note I will be writing my reviews on the players i presently have and I do have 4 more coming .Plus Im getting a telclast for a customer but i get to test it 1st :lol:

With regard to purchasing from mp4nation, I myself am having problems with an order.
Firstly I paid for express delivery which cost about £24 and then had to wait 4 weeks for my delivery
then my delivery was missing a 2gb memory card which I had ordered at the same time, also the two batterys that came with the phone hold only about 5 minutes charge.
they have ignored my emails for nearly a month and now tell me that they have a "no refund after 14 days policy", (very clever).
the mp4 player I also purchased at the same time is fine, and I am very happy with it,.

I would be wary of purchasing from this site as, all they will address when answering my email is "sorry no refunds"

They will not even respond to my query about non recieved item or express delivery charge.

I will not buy from them again as this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
