Just bought this Chinese MP4 Player. Dakeyi D-819 MP4 Player with 2GB internal memory and an extra MicroSD slot. Powered by Nokia's battery. It has FM radio, can store phonebook, come with 13 games, play MP3 and Mp4 files.

It's chipset is made by Sino Wealth and using Hynix memory.

I'm exploring this unit and with update with more information.

Here a little update:

1. The Nokia compatible battery is not good at all. After first charge it swelled until the back cover cannot hold it anymore. Getting new one later. $3 a piece (suppose to be good quality one), cheapest one less than $1.

2. The earphone also not good. I use my other earphone and it sounds much better.

3. Menu is a bit confusing. Especially the option for power saving. But at last, able to make it switches the screen off.

4. Cannot adjust the volume of movie. Or maybe there is not so obvious way!!

5. The FM Radio has a VERY VERY bad reception. Compare with my cell phone. Simply useless.

The sound quality of MP3 playback is actually very good and very loud also. If the FM radio has a good reception it will be perfect.

Just found out how to set the video volume. Set to the desire volume before playing. It cannot be adjusted when playing.

After using this player for two months, I'm very satisfied. And I order another unit just for backup. It costs only about $20.

It sounds better than my Nokia music phone and using those cheap Nokia compatible battery also last very long, about 24 hours for music.
