My name is Henry and i live in Brazil.
I ordered an Ainol V9000HDG on the site HoD - House of Dap which send their
products from Hong Kong. Here is a review of my order, day by day:
The full description of the product is:
White Ainol V9000HDG 8Gb 5-inch Touch Screen H.264 HDMI SC9800 HD Player
I inclued the following accessories:
1 x MicroSDHC 16GB (Original)
1 x Original AC Charger
1 x AV-Out Cables
1 x HDMI Cable
1 x Remote Control
1 x OTG Cable
22/04/11 - I made my order with Hong Kong Register Air Mail Shipping Method and paid with PayPal.
I also sent them an question(1) by email.
23/04/11 - They answered my question(1) email. I made another question(2) by email.
24/04/11 - They answered my question(2).
They sent me another email saying the WHITE product as the site shows and describe in text was out
of stock and if they could send a BLACK product. I allowed them to.
25/04/11 - My order was shipped. I got a confirmation email with a tracking number.

18:12 The package arrives in my house, exactly 35 days after they posted my order on Hong Kong Post.
-------- My impressions about HoD:
- The site have a very good looking interface with some good features like option to
chose which accessories you want, including memory chips.
- Im happy cause they answered all my emails very kindly, fast and clear.
- They also work with paypal which is good and safe.
- Unfortunatly they didnt had an WHITE product to sell me like the description and photos on the site. but its ok.
(they already fixed the description on their site)
- It took 3 days of processing (since i made the order) before posting for shipment.
Here is everything that came in the box:

1) Its a yellow plastic case that holds the Ainol and has a piece on its back to keep it up.
2) AINOL MP4... beautiful...
3) Remote control with "AINOL" writen on it.
4) HDMI cable.
5) AV cable stereo to 2 RCA.
6) AV cable stereo to 3 RCA.
7) OTG cable (to connect directly with PenDrives or external HD - without need of a PC).
8) USB cable.
9) Clear Plastic Shiled to proctect the mp4 screen.
10) Manual and a certificate ( all in chinese).
11) Wrist strap.
12) A nice carrying case made of suede.
13) Little flannel.
14) Earphones with "AINOL" writen on it.
15) Battery charger with "AINOL" writen on it.
16) A 16 GB KINGSTON MicroSDHC chip.
17) A plastic box that came with everything inside.
(except for the hdmi cable and the carrying case that came outside)
Resuming i am very satisfied and impressed by House of Dap services, and im pretty sure ill shop them again.
I'll keep testing the products and will add more information about any new contact with HoD.
I'll soon make a review about the Ainol V9000HDG with the unboxing video and better quality photos of the product.
