Tinydeal is a BIG problem
 
i purchased last november 2010 an MP4 at tinydeal.com and i received the item
last week of february 2011. and guess what? i received a defective item from them. i sent back the mp4 to them which cost me more than $7 to return the item.
they told me that it will take 2-4weeks for the item to be fixed, so i thought
it will take another almost 3 months before i receive the MP4. i asked them for a refund instead because i was scared i might receive another defective item from them.

i tried purchasing another item ((1.4" 4 GB MP4 Player with FM Radio Sound Recorder(JF05-04S) 1.4" 4 GB MP4 Player with FM Radio Sound Recorder(JF05-04S) )) last may 23, 2011 and i received the item july 14, 2011. it took almost 7weeks for me to receive the item, BUT AGAIN, i got DEFECTIVE MP4 from them :(
i asked for a refund for that and they offer me 50% of it because i will not send back again the item to them since it'll cost me another more than $7 just to send back the item. and they told me that they will lose much money from their pocket if they will refund the full amount. is it my fault to received a defective item from them?? tinydeal is such a big problem :(

I have knowledge to similar stories but not Tinydeal. Actually with my first rockchip player, I got same 50 % refunded as I neither wanted to send to player back because of a scam seller.
I'd say, next time, buy your stuff locally. Sure gonna costs more bucks but it's way faster and might be worthing in the end.

We do have Tinydeal registered on this forum, perhaps they might see the issues you're having and take more notice of it here.

Are you able to provide such information as Order Number to help with your case? Once you have, I'll see if I can get a hold of my contact at Tinydeal and see what they can do to help you with your case.

It does make it difficult dealing with international company because you do lack the support. However, you do get a much cheaper price, so in situations like this, you have to weigh out the cost and benefit of both.

Not Tinydeal
 
I had the same problem with this staff Tinydeal, I bought an 8GB player that does not even come with 1GB.
Me and none of the hassle money ...
Jumps out of that store personnel stuck ... Not TinyDeal

The product arrived well packaged and has a reasonable finish.
The player would be an excellent instrument if it had not problems with hacked memory.

Tried the solution from the Forum:

It didn't work, a program accused 29 MB, another 4 GB, but no fixed the problem.

I contacted the Tinydeal photos, asked about the problem.

How to make picture of a faulty memory?

Left me winding trying to give 2%, 5% return each 40% (maybe) the value of the product.
The funniest was the proposal of the TF Card (the player is not supported).

Anyway, I am saddened by the lack of solution and gave the set to my mother listening to radio. The only thing that works in what.

I had tried before a solution in site.
When they saw that the player was this bag of S.H.I.T, full of negative reviews or put more in touch.
Personal ... I repeat once again .... do not buy the tinydeal please
