I have managed to get some info about the seller. One of the sim card buyers emailed me to say that the name on the Paypal receipt is Peter Ashton I also have an email address.

The seller had been listing and selling hundreds of items a day, mostly 8GB MP4 players as well as high capacity memory cards...
