Hi,
I haven't written for some time as I haven't been using my player. It is a rockchip but don't know the model number but it was bought from ebuyer and is not a hacked player, and is a 2gb size.

I'm sorry to hear you are having the same problem but as yet I have not found a fix for it yet. It would seem to me that the original video that came with the player is not made the same as when...

Thanks for the reply.
I don't know the exact make but I think it is a rockchip player and it uses the new codec mentioned in my original post. I don't think avi ocnverter 4 that you mentioned...
