i ask me, action chip manufacturer has the tools to make change in the Fw why do we find this tools in the web???? or why they don't help us.

theres is a possibility to do the same work to actions chips??? the people who have mp4 with actions chips don't have any tool to edit firmware. we apreciate if you can help...
