no :( my computer is no longer picking up my...

no :( my computer is no longer picking up my player..and i dont see a reset button anywhere :(. Its a ML660BU GPX Digital Media Player with 8 gb if that helps ..

my daughter recently got a GPX MP4 player..and we downloaded some songs ad everything was great untill we downloaded a video.

Well when i tried to convert it it told me video failed and all info...
