The videofiles must be in AVI, 320x240 pixel, 25fps. Sounds like a typical RockChip-Player with xvid-encoded avi-files. Try viDrop with the "Generic RockChip 320x240 high"-preset.

forget about AVConverter 1.0 - its a buggy piece of software. Go to the Tools-Section in Downloads and load viDrop on your pc. One of his presets should match with your magnex-mp4....
