making 24FPS videos is a waste, they seem to play at a lesser frame rate anyways.

which sounds so terrible is a 4bit PCM at the sampling rate you choose.
there is nothing I could figure to change it from 4 bit to 8...

that is already compressed for other reasons,
try to get it within the limitations of ONE item the MP4 Watch with a 1.5"...

in virtual dub you prefer to deinterlace anything that NEEDS deinterlacing prior to a resize of any sort, as resizing will have already blended the feilds together.
