Thanks for the quick answer. Do you mean back up the mp3 files I have loaded on the player? I have these on my computer still and can reload easily. If you mean the files on the player, Windows is...

Have searched but cannot find similar problem. Bought MP3/4 for hubby for Xmas, loaded a few songs, working great. Tried to sync with Media Player 10, :oops: now getting 'Disc Error' on player...
