they tested the player in the site and they saw that was broken, so they changed my player without questions, they even gave...

the phone jack has a problem cause sometimes I can't hear from one side... the same with other headphones... so I'll have to go for the warranty...

I think that can be because of the settings on the .amv convertion, be sure to use the size that fit your screen...

hey! thanks for your answers! if both players are the same in software... then I think I'll prefer the first one, i like it most... I prefer it with a regular headphone jack... and with a more unique...
