I have 3 chargers and they both have green and red led's, the only difference is on 2 the green light goes out when charged and on the 3rd it flashes. But I am sure there are others...

Nikki, Lithium polymer batteries actually prefer frequent 2 to 4 hour charges rather than running the battery dry and doing a full charge as this puts stress on the battery and can shorten its life....
