I tried to use subtitles. It looks really good with black outline.

However the Scandinavian characters å, ä and ö does not show right. There are some weird symbols instead.

How can I fix this?...

Most players only have max 18bit (+160k colours) instead of 24bit (+16M colours). Repacking the videos with a reduced colours pace saves space and...
