The thing is, I was able to convert a full length movie (Finding Nemo) of original size 700MB DivX to .AMV find and it plays on my player with no "disk full"...

prasanna, I think the PocketDivxEncoder...

I think the PocketDivxEncoder software might be the cause of the problem..... Try a different software program to encode your VOB files to .AVI then use the AMV Convert Tool to convert...
