Guys., I found the solution for this problem DISKFULL,
split the avi file and then convert it in the amv converter it worked no problem.

Ok thats fine.Right now I am converting a VOB file saved in my computer to AVI using Xilisoft DVD ripper platinum.There r lot of avi options in that I have chosen audio-video Interleaved...

I will try that option also.I have a .avi file downloaded from internet around 700 MB which got converted successfully earlier.

This problem i think may be I have copied a DVD using DVD...

Ok this is the history
As soon as bought this player I converted one AVI file around 700MB it was perfectly converted to a around 300MB AMV file.After that I didnt try converting...
