I am very upset with UXCELL I emailed them about a month ago and I still have not recieved a reply... so much for customer support!!!

I bought 2 osmium both 2GB one was a gift for my step...

As I stated above I was concerned after reading your post about issues with your U-O but so far everything is good with my 2 i just got except that one of the chargers for the outlet does not power...

Ok so I finally broke down and bought tunebite and now have my bearware and itunes unlocked and on my mp3... no off to format my movies so i can add 1 or 2...

I know how nasty itunes can be after the fact I did not get an ipod (except on my phone)... I was using my windows media player to put music on my mp3 but I do not want to go and buy more CD's and...

So I get excited then realize My version of itunes will not allow me to do this so I then found a site that says to copy all songs to cd in mp3 mode then I can play and transfer all songs to media...
