Hey , I tried this and it failed. What should I do? Please help. I cannot even format my MP4 nano clone. it is meant to be 4GB but i doubt it. I cant even put any songs on it as i cant format!!

For my MP4 which is exactly the same as h8isgr8. i cannot put anything on the device as i am unable to format it. Please help!!!! I would accept if it was 2gb. I just need to know how to start off....
