thanks lattesurf, I almost try all of the v9.xx firmwares but nothing are you sure that shoud be the serie of firmware.

my mp4 was a 8GB 1.8LCD from halitele those that have 1GB for the music and...

Please can somebode help me , I need to recover my mp4.
I don't even know what was the prior firmware , and i was making the update, when my screen went white and now I can not use it anymore.
