My mp4 player arrive today and I need to back it up. I have downloaded the s1fwx ver 3.0 and do double click on the extract.bat but then it lists down all other thing but at the end it says...

Zrock, okay now i think my player is not dead hehe coz it shows white screen. I tried to use the firmware that you have been providing me but it doesnt work. I've tried using the 9.1.51 that I've got...
