Firmware - please explain
hi, i've read a lot about firmware and about upgrading and downloading and repairing etc but i've never had an mp3 player until a few weeks ago and i a bit overwhelmed by a lot of what is on this...

i tried but after selecting extract and then...
i tried but after selecting extract and then typing in the drive, it scanned a bit and then it come up with error; can not read from specified device. so i obviously have the same issue as Moro
...
