No, never. I contacted uxcell and they told me to do an upgrade, unfortunatelly nothing changed (upgraded successfully). I replied their e-mail and now I'm waiting for what to do. It's really sad......

You have to read your player especification and see wether it has a 2.5mm or a 3.5mm earphone plug.
You could know it only by seeing it, however if you don't, just see the especifications. :D
