hi, i'm still looking for the full firmware backup for this player if someone there has the same player and can make a backup and upload it to the forums it would be great. thanks in advance, aiken.

I tried to recover my player following the guides found in the forums.
copy rkusb.tag to access to the firmware partition and copy the firmware folders. remove rkusb.tag and the player...

I broke my player firmware and i forgot to make a backup of the original firmware :(
I cannot identify the firmware to use looking around the forums, I opened the player and it says...

Ok. I'll try to re-setup the clock, and "black" and "brightness" options so if it fix the problem ;)

I have a similar (if not the same problem). When i setup the power off timer, the player goes off ("bye-bye screen") and goes black but the screen continues lighted. :(
