I tried without "", and now there isn't anymore files name mp3 player utilities but it still not working, i've already the same message. Maybe there are another files with different name...

thanks tadad1, i tryed with "mp3 player utilities 3.57" , "mp3 player utilities 3.67" and "mp3 palyer utilities" , i deleted all the files but it still not working. Do you have an other solution...
