cant revive my mp4
i cant revive my mp4.i tried restoring using the steps you gave it showed a dark blue screen.i tried giving it a firmwear but it became dead again.now when you connect it to the pc it shows 2 drives...

cant put any songs on my player
i got a new device,, mp4 nano i think.. its a super slim mp4.. like ipod slim
but i dont have my installer.. i cant put any songs. and so forth.... plss help me get one... i hope you can help me
